Rose started her insurance career in 1977 working for an insurance company in Helena, Montana. Her experience goes from working for insurance companies, general agents to owning and managing insurance agencies. Working all of these different jobs gave her the opportunity to live in Montana most of her life. With her wealth of experience, she can help many.
Rose has been with Bishop Insurance since November 2014. Some of her favorite things to do outside of work is spending time with family and enjoying our beautiful State.

Makayla started working at Bishop Insurance as the receptionist in the Ronan office in June 2016. She graduated from the University of Montana Western and moved from Dillon, MT to Ronan, MT with her husband, Dale.
Makayla obtained her insurance license in August 2019 and enjoys learning about all of the different aspects of insurance. She spends her free time playing with her two labs, Gus & Beau, and going on adventures.
When she’s not kayaking on the lake or visiting family and friends, you can always find her with a book in hand!
Robin began her insurance career in 1977 working at another agency, and joined the Bishop Insurance family in 1983. She has worked in all aspects of the insurance business, including personal, commercial, life and health.
As an avid Griz fan, Robin and her husband Mark are season ticket holders and tailgate with a group of equally committed fans (which includes her daughter and son-in-law) at each home game. Robin loves skiing, traveling with her husband, reading, and watching her daughter and son-in-law work so diligently with the children they teach. Robin is very active in the community and has served on the Ronan Chamber of Commerce Board and volunteered with the Ronan Pioneer Days Company. She currently serves on the St Luke Board of Trustees, St Luke Foundation Board and City of Ronan Board of Adjustments.
Robin is also involved in the insurance industry and in the past, served for 6 years as the State Director from Montana to the National Board of Independent Insurance Agents, President of the State Association of Independent Insurance Agents, and on various committees on the state and national level. Robin and her husband donate vigorously to local non-profits and live the saying “Volunteerism is our payment for getting to live in such a beautiful place”.
Lacey began her insurance career with Bishop Insurance in 2011. She is the Commercial and Farm CSR, and takes pride in the relationships she builds with her clients. Lacey took the opportunity to learn more about our area businesses and government by participating in the Leadership Flathead Reservation program.
Lacey, her husband Frank and their kids Frankie and Hazel spend most of their time in the summer on the Clark Fork River kayaking, fishing, and swimming. They make winter a little less long by spending their weekends skiing whenever possible.
Caitlyn began her insurance career at Bishop in 2008 after graduating high school, she first started as the receptionist and moved to the personal lines department. She recently completed working on obtaining her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
She makes the most of her free time playing with her kids, spending time in the shop helping her husband, Verner, and enjoying the outdoors. She works as a Co-Chair for the Relay for Life, Leadership Flathead Reservation and recently became a troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
She loves joining organizations she’s passionate about and supports them with ideas, time and labor.

Pete joined the Bishop Insurance team in 1994 and several years later purchased the business along with his sister Robin and fellow employee Debbie. Pete has been an active member of the Polson Volunteer Fire Department since 1982. He met his wife Robyn when she joined the department.
When he’s not working or on call for the fire department, you will usually find Pete and Robyn enjoying the outdoors, hunting with grandkids, hiking the woods with their dogs, or spending time on the lake.
When traveling they keep an eye out for breweries, hikes to waterfalls and good burger joints.

Shelly began her insurance career with Bishop Insurance in 1997 as receptionist. Within a few short months she was promoted to commercial lines assistant and eventually promoted to head commercial lines CSR, where she remains.
In her free time she enjoys attending auctions, boating as much as possible when the weather allows, and is always up for a good card or board game. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid supporter of the local animal shelter, the Toys for Tots program, and the local domestic violence advocate group.

Debbie began her insurance career as a data entry person in 1988. She found the business so interesting and enjoyable, she quickly moved through the ranks serving in various positions until she eventually decided to purchase the agency with Robin and Pete in 1999.
When she is not working, she enjoys many outdoor activities including camping, trapshooting and taking trips with her husband on their Harley, finding new places to explore. Debbie spent many years volunteering with Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and the local softball program. Now that her kids are grown and have kids of their own, she focuses her volunteer efforts in various human resource and business development organizations.
She currently serves as the co-chair of the local Mission Valley subchapter of the Missoula Businesswomen’s Network.

Maria started her career with Bishop Insurance in 1986 as the accountant for the agency. Her degree from the University of Montana prepared her to be the accountant, systems manager and a licensed agent for Bishop Insurance.
She enjoys living in Montana where she and her husband Ken can enjoy the many outdoor activities, including hiking, back country camping, mountain biking and skiing. They both like to travel and explore other great states in the West and they try to take along their hiking boots and mountain bikes when visiting.
Her other passions are reading, cooking meals for friends and family, and walking her two dogs Elbe and Echo.
